We wish to thank all those who have already responded to our “Worship Service Time Survey” sent out earlier this week. For those who haven’t yet answered, please send a quick email reply indicating your preference of 10 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. for our Sunday morning worship service so that we can have everyone’s input. The last day for replies is October 4th. Thank you.

News for the Week of September 20, 2015

It’s a busy weekend here at Central – we are hosting Doors Open Markham on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and then on Sunday after the worship service we will enjoy a special anniversary bbq (with a pork roast, corn on the cob, ice cream and more) plus old fashioned games. It promises to be a great day! If the weather is nice we hope to enjoy festivities on the front lawn so be sure to bring a lawn chair! Also we remind you that we are asking folks to help cover the cost of the food at $12 per person – a basket will be available.

News for the Week of September 6, 2015

With the last long weekend of the summer, many of us are getting ready to return to a regular schedule in the next week or so. This holds true for a number of routines in church life, including weekly announcements and I attach same here for your review. Please note that there are a couple of special 175th anniversary activities; namely, Doors Open on September 19th and a special anniversary BBQ on September 20th. We do hope that many of you can participate as it promises to be a wonderful weekend.
