FROM THE MINISTER’S DESK
The angel Gabriel said to Mary, ‘Greetings, favoured one! The Lord is with you.’ The message ‘The Lord is with you’ is the truth of reality; the reality of life told at its proper depth. Jesus come among us is this truth that ‘The Lord with you.’ Life is more than that which meets the eye. It is through the eyes of faith we see the fullness of the world in which we live. It is through the ears of believing that we, with Mary, hear the voice, ‘The Lord is with you.’ On behalf of the ministry team at Central—Alan, Sarah, Sharlene, Sharon, and myself—our prayer is that the wonder of ‘the Lord with us’ will fill your hearts and homes with the joy he gives. Merry Christmas!
