Minister of Families, Youth and Education

Central United Church is expanding its ministry team and is seeking an ordained, diaconal or lay minister (of the United Church of Canada) for the full-time position of Minister of Families, Youth and Education. We will welcome someone who has a passion for families, youth and children, who thrives in a team environment and who has 3-5 years experience in developing and delivering creative and exciting activities and programs to attract and inspire families and youth. Teaching, coaching, mentoring, and strong biblically based preaching skills, with a positive “can-do” collaborative attitude will be valuable assets to provide dynamic spiritual leadership. Will support and act as resource for Christian Education programs.

In addition, experience in providing pastoral care with a focus on families and youth and previous involvement with community activities, meeting new people and outreach activities will be required.
