Children and Youth Programs

Our room is comfortable for parents and children including privacy for nursing mothers.  You can see and hear the service in the nursery via our TV hook-up.  You will have the opportunity to meet other parents from our community who have babies and young toddlers

PRE-SCHOOL PROGRAM (ages 2- senior kindergarten):
Our program is run by an RECE qualified teacher who also teaches at a local pre-school.   The morning program includes Bible stories, songs, crafts, games, puzzles and of course, fun.  We provide a large and safe space for your pre-schooler to play with other children while you attend the worship service

Our Primary Sunday school program uses a variety of interactive, hands-on, fun activities such as cooking, games, art and drama.  Each lesson or workshop teaches a Bible story or lesson and includes a short Bible memory verse.  Our workshop teachers are parent volunteers. Feel free to drop by and see our program in action.

We have just introduced a new and exciting multi-media youth program specifically designed for today’s youth. “FLYTE: faith. life. together.”  With leadership from parents of youth-aged children, the Sunday morning get-togethers are designed to bring faith and life together on topics relevant to today’s youth. Real life topics such as friendships, bullying, school, and growing up are covered.  Feel free to bring your own Bible and explore themes with us or use one of ours… we have lots – after all, we are a Church!

The high school program is a discussion-based class on issues that today’s teens face. We seek to learn from each other and support each other on how to handle these issues using our Christian values and teachings from the Bible.  Teens enjoy a coffee-shop atmosphere with comfy couches, drinks and snacks.  Consistent leadership from a small number of parent volunteers allow  the teens to feel comfortable in the setting and safe in sharing

Teen Confirmation classes are held during the school year and begin each Fall. This membership class is open to students in Grade 8 and up. For details, please contact:
